Brine Pool

Working Principle

  • In soft cheese groups, these are the pools that allow the molded cheeses to wait in brine. 
  • Multiple molds are lifted with the help of an overhead crane and placed in the pool. 
  • Multiple molds are locked in the pool to prevent them from rising to the surface of the water. 
  • When the process is finished, multiple molds are removed from the pool with the help of a crane.
