Brine Pool
Working Principle
- In soft cheese groups, these are the pools that allow the molded cheeses to wait in brine.
- Multiple molds are lifted with the help of an overhead crane and placed in the pool.
- Multiple molds are locked in the pool to prevent them from rising to the surface of the water.
- When the process is finished, multiple molds are removed from the pool with the help of a crane.
