Working Principle

  • The prepared dough is transferred to the product inlet hopper of the machine. 
  • The product is pushed towards the weighting molds with the help of the augers in the inlet hopper.
  • The product structure is obtained according to the desired shape of the mold weighting table.
  • The filling height of the molds can be adjusted according to the desired weight.
  • The table is rotated around its own axis by adjusting the speed.
  • The products fall into the cold water trough underneath, the product that cools sufficiently in the cold water trough becomes ready for packaging.
  • The product is kept in the cold water pool for the desired time to harden it.

Technical Features

  • Main body (auger chamber) is made of AISI 316 quality stainless steel sheet, other parts are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel sheet. 
  • Automatic temperature control 
  • Surfaces in contact with the product are Teflon coated or sandblasted to prevent sticking.
  • PLC controlled 
  • Automatic weight adjustment 
  • With cold water circulation pump 
  • Circulating water cooling heat exchanger 
  • Different table diameters can be applied according to the desired capacity. 
  • Molds can be made according to the desired form (cylindrical or rectangular).
