Carousel Forming
Working Principle
- The prepared dough is transferred to the product inlet hopper of the machine.
- The product is pushed towards the weighting molds with the help of the augers in the inlet hopper.
- The product structure is obtained according to the desired shape of the mold weighting table.
- The filling height of the molds can be adjusted according to the desired weight.
- The table is rotated around its own axis by adjusting the speed.
- The products fall into the cold water trough underneath, the product that cools sufficiently in the cold water trough becomes ready for packaging.
- The product is kept in the cold water pool for the desired time to harden it.
Technical Features
- Main body (auger chamber) is made of AISI 316 quality stainless steel sheet, other parts are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel sheet.
- Automatic temperature control
- Surfaces in contact with the product are Teflon coated or sandblasted to prevent sticking.

- With cold water circulation pump
- Circulating water cooling heat exchanger
- Different table diameters can be applied according to the desired capacity.
- Molds can be made according to the desired form (cylindrical or rectangular).
