Dry Cooking
Working Principle
- The desired capacity of curd is measured and filled into the machine.
- Once loading is complete, the augers are pre-activated to ensure the curd is fully shredded.
- After the curd shredding process is finished, the cooking option is selected.
- The heating process can be set as direct or indirect, depending on the user's preference.
- The cooking process continues with other recipe adjustments and auger speeds.
- Once the heating process is complete, the final product treatment is carried out using the vacuum system.
- When the kneading process is finished, the pre-discharge cover of the machine opens automatically, and the product is emptied into the hopper of the transfer machine located in front of the machine.
- The transfer machine then moves the product to the desired machines.
