Construction

• AISI 304 quality stainless steel
• The first wall thickness is 2mm, with a 0.8 mm Ep type laser welded cooling evaporator surface attached to the wall.
• The insulated wall thickness is 1.5mm for 2000-3000L capacity tanks, and 2mm for 4000-25000L capacity tanks.
• The refrigeration unit is mounted on a solid frame on the tank body
• Includes one 0.34 Hp 33 d/d reducer and a stainless steel agitator blade.
• For tanks from 2000L to 5000L, there is one agitator, from 6000L to 12000L there are two, from 16000L to 20000L there are three, and for 25000L milk cooling tanks, four agitators are available.
• The insulation gap is 60 mm thick and is made from HCFC-free, water-based high-density polyurethane foam.
• The product outlet has a DN50 male connection with a butterfly valve.
• At the top, there is a 500 mm diameter manhole cover made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
• There is a 100 mm product inlet on the manhole cover.
• At the top, there is a 90 mm ventilation grille.
• A manual measurement gauge with a 3-4% accuracy rate and a calculation table is included.
• Equipped with an anti-slip AISI 304 quality ladder.
• The design ensures that no liquid remains during draining.
• The welded areas are of the highest quality, using Argon TIG welding, and are polished to a class 1 smooth finish.
• Adjustable bolt feet are located at the bottom.

Cooling Group

• Provides fast and frost-free cooling according to the minimum milk quantity.
• Requires minimal gas charge.
• A404 gas cooled.
• Peymak Milk Cooling Tanks provide cooling from 35°C to 4°C for each milking (32°C-38°C ambient temperature).
• Includes solenoid valve, expansion valve, drier, sight glass, liquid trap, and valves for the compressor.

Automatic Washing

• Thanks to the specially designed CIP ball, water penetration is ensured on the entire surface.
• Automatic washing with a single button. Low detergent consumption.
• The detergent container is easy to use and has a safety system to prevent milk and water mixture.

Digital Level Indicator

• Allows measurement with a 0-2% error margin.
• Displays the milk amount in the tank in mm, kg, and liters.
