Multiple Mould Washing Machine

Working Principle

  • It is a machine for washing multiple cheese molds used in production. 
  • The molds used in production are fed into the machine. 
  • They are subjected to washing with water and chemicals at different stations

Technical Features

  • Made of AISI 304 and AISI 316 quality stainless steel. 
  • Special pressure washing nozzles are used at the stations. 
  • Water circulation is done by centrifugal pumps. 
  • Heating is done with the help of serpentine in the reservoirs. 
  • Coarse filters are used for coarse dirt in the pools and line filters are used for pump suction.
  • Conveyor speed can be adjusted according to mold contamination. 
  • There is a separator curtain at the transitions between stations. 
  • There is one ventilation at the top of the machine. 
  • There is a rinsing unit with fresh water supply at the last station. 
  • Water reduction (fan) system can be applied to the last part of the machine upon request.
