Multiple Mould Washing Machine
Working Principle
- It is a machine for washing multiple cheese molds used in production.
- The molds used in production are fed into the machine.
- They are subjected to washing with water and chemicals at different stations
Technical Features
- Made of AISI 304 and AISI 316 quality stainless steel.
- Special pressure washing nozzles are used at the stations.
- Water circulation is done by centrifugal pumps.
- Heating is done with the help of serpentine in the reservoirs.
- Coarse filters are used for coarse dirt in the pools and line filters are used for pump suction.
- Conveyor speed can be adjusted according to mold contamination.
- There is a separator curtain at the transitions between stations.
- There is one ventilation at the top of the machine.
- There is a rinsing unit with fresh water supply at the last station.
- Water reduction (fan) system can be applied to the last part of the machine upon request.
