Working Principle

  • In soft cheese groups, it is a machine that facilitates the draining process by stacking multiple molds filled with cheese on top of each other and ensures the rapid removal of P.A.S. 
  • This process is done with a turner by turning the molds 180 º

  • Stainless pipe is used for profile chassis and rotation process. 
  • Pneumatic pressing system is available.
