Construction

• AISI 304 quality stainless steel
• The first wall thickness is 2mm, with a 0.8 mm Ep type laser welded cooling evaporator surface attached to the wall.
• The body is 1.5mm thick
• The insulated body is 1.5mm thick
• The refrigeration unit is mounted at the bottom of the tank body
• Includes one 25W21 d/d reducer and a stainless steel agitator blade attached.
• The insulation gap is 50 mm thick, made from HCFC-free, water-based high-distilled polyurethane material.
• Product outlet has DN40 and DN50 stainless steel cleanable butterfly valves
• Spring-loaded cover is available.
• There is a 200mm covered product inlet on the cover.
• A manual measurement gauge with a 3-4% accuracy rate is included.
• The design ensures zero liquid remains during draining.
• The welded areas are of the highest quality, using Argon TIG welding, and are polished to a class 1 smooth finish.

Electrical Group

• IP 65 protection class electrical panels
• 200L, 300L, 500L, 650L, 850L, and 1000L tanks operate on 220 volts, while tanks with 1000L capacity and above operate on 380 volts.
• Digital thermometer with temperature display
• Specially designed, easy-to-use electronic control board for operating the tank and monitoring milk temperature
• Phase protection relay
• The system automatically shuts off when the tank cover is opened.
• Custom software for automatic mixing program; the agitator's working time can be set within specified intervals after the milk reaches the desired set temperature (e.g., 3 minutes of operation, 10 minutes off).
